There is a lot of overlap between civil and military aircraft used by heads of state and their governments. While some countries have dedicated fleets, others use air force aircraft or charter airliners. Some aircraft are on the civil registration list and other countries military and some a mixture of both. Nothing is clear cut with this class of aircraft. In this section, aircraft that have passed out of the fleets and been retired are shown.

HZ-MS11 DC8-72 modified as a flying hospital. Capable of flying non-stop Riyhad - Cleveland, Ohio to King Khalid's heart specialist. This was the heaviest DC-8 every certified, due to additional fuel tanks, medical equipment and fittings. Retired in 2004 and parted out at Love Field, Dallas Attachments:

HZ-HM5 LOCKHEED L-1011 In Service 1989-2007 cn 1250 this was the last of 250 L-1011 built. Originally delivered to the Algerian Government in 1984 7T-VRA. Sold to Las Vagas Sands corp re-reg N389LS. Now stored. Attachments:
