The QRA (Quick Reaction Alert) has for some time taken off va Leeuwarden airbase for Alpha Scramble, more information will follow It involves two Russian Bears (Tu-95) aircraft

looks like they went west Looks like its a Bear hunt! QRA Typhoons and F16s all involved off the north east coast.

I have a photo from about 40years ago very similar except I think they were RAF F-4's. I had to buy it from a newspaper. Nice pic though
